Hockey Tryout Season is almost here and it’s time NOW to sharpen your edges and tune up your hockey skills. Strong Dynamics Skills & Thrills sessions meet on Thursday evenings at 8 PM. Our format is a small semiprivate group where players get individual attention as they work on hockey specific skills. We focus on a theme each week in the following sequence.
- Edges & Stride
- Agility
- Passing and Shooting
- Puckhandling
The cost is very affordable at only $139 for 4 consecutive sessions. Compare this to private lessons which will cost more than $100 per hour for the same high quality practice.
